What’s in a name?

2 Mar

It took quite a few name suggestions from my sister, Wabi, before I agreed on this one. Wabi was nice enough to suggest things like Cranky Pantaloons and Sarah Snicket’s Series of Unfortunate Events but I “graciously” declined. I’m surprised she didn’t try to incorporate Eeyore into the title somehow.

In the end she came up with Bearinthere – a play on my childhood nickname Sarbear. She tells me I have some bear-like tendancies, the most obvious being that I am often grizzly.

But honestly, how does one think of a name that adequately describes them at a glance? It’s incredibly difficult. So I genuinely thank my sister for helping me here.

Thanks, Wabi.
